Exercise can be many different things-Pilates, Yoga, running, HIIT, weight training, etc. The most important concept to understand and maintain above all, in any exercise is core control. In our first session I will teach you the how to's of engaging your core to help you exercise with better balance, meanwhile working the core of your body (abdominals, transverse abdominals, obliques, lumbar). Why is this important? Our core protects our major organs, and...our back! Most of the back pain we experience is due to a weak core, poop posture and being sedentary, like sitting at the office. And don't forget your hips! We exercise for intrinsic (for health concerns) or extrinsic (wanna look good in a swimsuit) reasons... Whatever your reason, I will help you achieve your desired goal. As long as you are willing to put in the work it will happen for you! Why wait "till Monday," when you can begin right now?
