Wendy Bartkus, MS, is a certified health and wellness coach, educator, consultant, and psychotherapist who is passionate about helping people lead healthy and fulfilling lives. Wendy has always been interested in health and wellness, and after experiencing her own health transformation, she decided to pursue a career in health and wellness and life coaching. Wendy received her health coach certification, with a specialization in weight management, from the American Council on Exercise, her bachelor’s degree from DeSales University and her M.S. in from Chestnut Hill College. Ms. Bartkus has worked extensively in helping people move in a positive direction toward change. She has many years experience working with individuals across the lifespan from all backgrounds. Her coaching approach uses evidence-based practices, specifically with cognitive behavior theory, behavior modification, motivational interviewing and positive psychology. She works with individuals and groups helping clients to make the best choices possible to live healthy lives to the fullest. She takes a holistic approach to health, recognizing that each person's body, mind, and spirit are interconnected and require personalized attention. Wendy believes that health is not just about diet and exercise, but also about finding balance in all areas of life. She works with her clients to identify their individual health goals and develop a plan to achieve them. Whether it's losing weight, managing stress, improving sleep, or boosting energy levels, Wendy provides the support and accountability needed to make lasting changes, including bolstering self-esteem and building confidence. As a health and wellness coach, Wendy is committed to empowering her clients to take control of their health and make sustainable lifestyle changes. She provides guidance, education, and motivation to help her clients overcome obstacles and achieve their goals.
