I specialize in helping people stop, slow, or partially reverse Fatty Liver Disease. This is my focus because I have lived through it. I was told by my doctor it couldn't be reversed. Well it can be done but it isn't easy and it required the support of a health coach for me. If you're having trouble in this area it is a good idea to hire a coach who knows what you're going though. Working with these difficult cases has also helped me achieve better results with clients who want to lose weight, and achieve higher levels of productivity. I don't believe in will power. I believe in "why power." I'll help you dig deep and reorient your subconscious around "why I am doing this" instead of "I have to do this."
