I am a 20-year veteran teacher in the public school system who was told for most of my life that, because of my build/height, I wasn't cut out to be an athlete. It wasn't until I chose to shut out the noise that I discovered all of the amazing things my body could and WOULD do with the right training! I became and ACE Personal Trainer so that people like me who are not natural athletes and have spent a lot of life feeling hopeless know that there IS hope, and that they can AND WILL succeed in their fitness goals no matter HOW LONG it took to take the first step. Physical health and wellness are for EVERYONE. I am living proof!
