Joe Savoia is a personal trainer who was a competitive bodybuilder in the early 80’s. He received his initial training certification at JackLanne/Bally’s and has over 27 years of personal training experience. He is currently certified by the American Council on Exercise and has extended certifications in “Training and Conditioning for Sports Performance” and “Specialized Strength Training for Special Populations”. Joe in 2006 successfully launched his business, Personal Training Connection in Ridgefield, CT. Joe previously enjoyed a successful career in advertising management until he decided to make fitness and helping people his full time career. With a background in fine art and design, he sees each client as a work in progress. Joe uses focus and visualization techniques to help his clients “make the connection” to achieve their goals. Joe trains Men & Women of all ages from Celebrities to Teens either for targeted sports performance or overall improved health.
