Carolyn Kimmel has been in the Fitness Industry for over three decades. Her accomplishments range from owning her own Fitness Studio to teaching at a Big Ten University. Carolyn is a National Presenter/Trainer and shares her extensive knowledge and passion for Group Fitness. She is a Wellness Coach and teaches Group Fitness classes at one of the country’s Top 10 Athletic Clubs and her local YMCA. She has trained both national and international clients. Carolyn holds a B.A. from Hillsdale College; certifications include ACE, AFAA, NETA, Spinning, BodyPump, BodyVive and KettleBell.
