I am a movement specialist and wellness consultant, who is passionate about empowering people to enjoy their healthiest and most whole self. I am a certification candidate with the Center of Mind Body Medicine and facilitate mind-body skills groups for children, teens and adults. I have led movement classes and courses at many spas, resorts and professional conventions around the world as an ACE and AFAA continuing education provider. I am barre certified through exhale and maintained an ongoing schedule with them for over 14 years. I have studied and taught a wide variety of movement systems and therapeutic body-work over my nearly 20 years as a fitness and wellness professional. I have apprenticed and studied with some of our industry’s most respected professionals and world-renown teachers. I have completed the certification of training with the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy as well as over 4000 hours of continuing education in Ayurveda, meditation and Ayurvedic Yoga, Anusara Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Pilates and other modalities.
