I know from many decades of fitness experience what it takes to successfully recover from injury & deconditioning, health-related issues associated with inactivity, and excess body weight/fat challenges. Troy has additional instructor certifications in TRX, Golf Fitness, Cardio Kickboxing, Yoga, Tai Chi, and Qi Gong.
