I'm currently working at the University of Idaho as the Fitness Coordinator for the Student Recreation Center. I am highly active as a fitness enthusiast and enjoy most every variation of cardiovascular and resistance training methods. I have over 13 years of fitness experience. I also have experience with a wide variety of clients, ranging from 10-80 years old, and with multiple physical and/or mental considerations.
