Recently relocated to Los Angeles, I am a native of Kansas and worked as a Yoga,Pilates, Les Mills Flow Instructor and Ace personal Trainer for Body Boutique located in Lawrence, Kansas. I recently retired from the University of Kansas as a long time employee, Director of Administrative Services, IT. I have always loved fitness and it has been a part of my life part time for the last 30 years. As a personal trainer, I believe a bring a unique perspective and freshness to our Boomer generation. I find many clients "of a certain age" who are interested in a mature trainer to which they can relate. My focus is Senior Fitness but I can work with any age group.
