I have been a personal trainer/licensed Physical Therapist since 2009 and just recently became certified as a Health Coach in 2016. I do group circuit classes and one on one training in my home. I also work at a rehab facility as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Fitness/good health is my passion and I enjoy helping others improve theirs!!!
