Since 2009, Michael has helped people all over the Sacramento area meet and exceed their fitness goals. As a skilled and professional certified personal trainer, he is able to develop customized training programs that see results and keep his clients motivated. He encourages his clients to integrate exercise and diet into their own unique lifestyle which keeps them from getting burned out. This helps his clients set healthy and realistic goals as they attain each new level of fitness. Having dealt with his own weight and health issues, Michael committed to changing his fitness and eating habits which spawned his excitement for personal training. He made the commitment to workout every single day for a year – and he did. He not only teaches exercise and health, he inspires others by living it. Michael uses a large arsenal of fitness techniques to build muscles, endurance, flexibility and confidence. He uses strength (weights), plyometrics (jump), ballistic, boxing, cardiovascular, suspension and kettlebells training as some of the many techniques to push his client’s body and mind. He provides nutritional counseling to his clients in conjunction with physical training to achieve optimal results and health. He greets every client at their training session with a smile on his face and the days fitness program on the ready. His upbeat attitude and friendly personality make it easy for clients to feel comfortable and secure while training. He fosters a positive and productive training environment which takes the mental stress out of physical training – “One more, you got this” is a common phrase he uses to push his clients through mental fatigue.
