Angela Lowrey is the owner of Move Into Health,LLC . Angela is now working in the Rehab room at Back & Body Chiropractic. Angela's Program is designed with simple exercise routines that help correct posture imbalances that can create stress, tension and pain. She brings an east-west combination to her training system, integrating Postural Alignment techniques and yoga techniques to allow the body to return to balance. Angela believes that the human body is capable to heal itself given the right tools to: restore alignment, renew function and release tension. Certified ACE Group Fitness Instructor,Certified Health Coach Angela Lowrey is certified with the Egoscue Method as a Posture Alignment Specialist Angela is certified with IYT Integrative Yoga Therapy 200 HR/2 week training intensive.
