Gail Barranda Rivas is a dedicated certified fitness professional who strives to help others achieve their fitness goals safely and effectively. She has an obsession with form and function (all while keeping things fun). Whether it be through through strength training, dance, Pilates, sports conditioning or Yoga, her goal is to educate participants on how to train their body...not just for the next time they're at the beach or to fit into a cute outfit...but for LIFE! Gail has both an ACE and AFAA group fitness instructor certification. She teaches many formats including Pilates, Yoga, Sports Conditioning, TRX, Bosu, Masala Bhangra and Surfset. She is a Senior Master Trainer and National Presenter for Masala Bhangra as well as the co-author for all Masala Bhangra instructor training materials.
