-Blake is a business partner, personal trainer and small group trainer at JQ’s BFit2, which is located in Overland Park, Kansas. -He has been under master trainer Jonquil "JQ" Baugh's tutelage for the last 12 years. As a teenager, his enthusiasm for sports and lifting weights developed into a passion and soon thereafter, a career choice. Blake has never wavered in his commitment to become a personal trainer and in 2009 graduated from Missouri State University with a degree in Exercise Science. -Blake completed his Internship at JQ’s BFit2 in 2009. -Blake is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist. -Most of Blake's training experience has been in either a home, gym, or country club setting. -Since 2010, Blake has logged hundreds of hours in Personal Training sessions and has taught over 1300 small group classes. Each class can vary in numbers each day from 1 person up to 16 people. -Blake has experience dealing with all ages group aging from 9 years old to 87 years old. -Over the years, Blake has not only helped many reach their fitness goals, but he has also helped many come back 100% post rehab. -Blake delivers a no nonsense workout which will allow you to focus on achieving your workout goals safely and effectively.
