I have been teaching nutrition and fitness for almost 40 years. I have owned and managed health clubs from 1977 to 1990. I became certified in 1995 with AFAA and started my personal fitness/nutritional business. I became ACE certified in 2014. My specialty is dietetics and rehab fitness.
