About
A native of California, whose parents came from a small town in Michoacán, Mexico, Carmelita was the first member of her family to achieve higher education. Carmelita Lombera-Rubio wanted a career where she could improve the lives of others. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Science from the University Of California at Berkeley. She later earned her certification as a personal trainer and health coach through the American Council on Exercise. Carmelita’s strong educational background and fluency in Spanish, allows her to help more people in the areas of disease prevention and improved quality of life. As a health coach, she continually assists in transforming the lives of members by supporting them through their journey.
