About
Having put on 30 pounds after high school, I wasn’t about to haul this weight around for the rest of my life. I became involved with fitness as a result of setting my own personal goals to lose the weight and conform to a healthy lifestyle. The process was so rewarding that choosing fitness as my profession was inevitable. Education is my primary objective and will always remain a standard for this ever-changing industry. Since 1985, I’ve obtained my training and education through various organizations, and have acquired a wealth of knowledge and continue to do so. This allows me to implement fitness programs for all walks, from apparently healthy, to special needs population. Conveying my knowledge with students and clients makes it easy for everyone to adhere and follow my unique style of training. My mottos will always remain, “Safety First” and “Everything in Moderation for a Well-Balanced Life”. Implementing proper nutrition along with exercise will ultimately guarantee success in your goals. Training techniques used such as Core, Strength Training, Cardio, Flexibility, Pilates and overall well being in one program are for all who share my philosophy of fitness training. Clients and students will attest to leaving my class or session knowing they’ve been given the best possible workout, providing them with knowledge for improved strength, flexibility and an overall feel of transformation.
