About
Over 20 years of experience as an ACE certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, including corporate wellness. Recently received 200RYT certification in Yoga and joined Yoga Alliance (25036). Experience includes Pilates, yoga, step aerobics, high-low impact dance aerobics including Zumba, aqua fitness, strength building, total body conditioning, slide aerobics, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), senior fitness, and special populations. A former triathlete, I have extensive knowledge of swimming, cycling, and running; Honolulu Marathon finisher. Established Mindful Movement and More, LLC in February 2018 to reach others where they are and help them become the best they can be while recognizing the integrated concepts of mind, body, and spirit and how mindfulness impacts everything.
